Privacy

What the Request access form collects, where it is kept, and how to have it deleted.

Effective

Wattlas is in private build. This page covers the small amount of data we collect while it is: what you send through the Request access form.

What we collect

The Request access form asks for your work email. That is the only required field. You can also add your name, your firm, your role, the markets you follow and a note. With your entry we also store the time you sent it and the country it came from, which Cloudflare works out from your IP address. The Request access page also remembers the emails you have sent in your browser's session storage, so it can show when you are already on the list.

Where it is kept

Form entries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Before an entry is saved, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it was sent by a person and not a bot. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals on the Request access page.

Analytics

We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.

How we use it

Only to contact you about access to Wattlas. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else. Cloudflare stores and checks them on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or the private build ends.

A copy, or deletion

Write to hello@wattlas.io to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.

Changes
